Sense of Lens LLC Service Purchase & Booking Policy

Booking: A 50 % security deposit is required to book one of Sense of Lens LLC Services. The amount will apply to the total charge of the service. In case of cancellation or rescheduling please read the Cancellation & Rescheduling policy.

Cancellation & Reschedule: For Cancellation or Re-scheduling, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any extra charges or fees. If you re-schedule within less than 72 hours, a 15% of the service cost may apply to your total due. If you cancel within less than 72 hours, a charge of 25-50% of the service cost may apply. If rescheduling is due to any reason that behind human control such as due to the condition of weather, no charge may apply and the security deposit will remain to the rescheduled date.

 

Additional Location, Session Duration & Outfit: In event of any changes including and not limited to additional session duration, additional outfit change or addition location other than specified with service package, additional charges* may apply to the total due payment.

Delay & No Show: In event of no show or delay, extra charges fee may apply to the total due payment.

Weather: All service are subject to the condition of weather. If weather condition does not permit or might lead to any impact of performing any of Sense of Lens LLC’s Services, a full refund or rescheduling a service may apply.

Note: Please ask about the rates of additional request to the service package purchased as each service has a different rate based on location, date, time and service package.

 

Payments: All purchases are subject to state sales tax.
